2 User Responsibilities
By engaging with and using our services, you agree to the following responsibilities:

- To comply with all marketplace policies, terms of service, and seller guidelines (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, etc.).
- To provide necessary product images, content descriptions, and required legal/tax documents in a timely manner.
3 Payments & Fees
- All services provided by MoreShe Ecom Systems are chargeable as per the agreed-upon pricing and quotation.
- Payments must be made in advance or strictly as per the agreed payment terms outlined in your service contract.
- No refunds will be issued once the service has been initiated or work has commenced, unless explicitly specified in writing.
4 Service Delivery & Guarantees
- Service delivery timelines may vary based on the scope of the project, marketplace verification delays, and client responsiveness.
- Results such as sales volume, organic ranking, and traffic depend heavily on market conditions, product quality, pricing, and platform competition.
- We deploy best-in-class strategies, but we do not guarantee specific sales figures, revenue targets, or immediate rankings.
5 Intellectual Property
All proprietary content, branding, methodologies, software tools, and materials provided by MoreShe Ecom Systems remain our exclusive property unless a formal transfer of rights is agreed upon in writing.
6 Limitation of Liability
MoreShe Ecom Systems shall not be held legally or financially responsible for:
- Marketplace account suspensions, blockages, or listing takedowns resulting from platform policy changes or client non-compliance.
- Loss of sales, anticipated profits, or business interruptions.
- Technical issues, bugs, or algorithm changes originating from third-party platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.).
7 Termination
We reserve the right to:
- Suspend or terminate services immediately for misuse, abusive behavior, or illegal activities.
- Stop ongoing services and withhold deliverables due to non-payment or breach of contract.
8 Changes to Terms
